I have been in your shoes. I have led in a variety of settings and with varied responsibilities. There were days that I absolutely believed that I was done--this is not worth it! But God has led me on a unique journey over the last 40 years and I am excited to offer some of my learning and principles to you. I look forward to serving you to become a leader worthy of being followed.

Gary is the founder of Vocāre Leadership. Gary has led individuals and teams into diverse settings around the world. He is active in developing individual leaders all over the world through coaching and mentoring. He is also active in designing and implementing emerging and established leader development initiatives through principled teaching and practical application. His passion is to unleash leaders worthy of being followed. He connects leaders to their true purpose and calling.
